ABOUT BRYDENS
BRYDENS was formed in 1990, to provide Professional Project Management services to private and institutional property development organizations in the South African Building Industry.
Over the past 15 years, BRYDENS has successfully completed several Billion Rands worth of projects accross a broad spectrum.

The company is relatively small in terms of personnel, however BRYDENS has taken the approach of employing very senior staff members, with a combined period of 100 years experience in the Industry.
This approach ensures that a Project Manager on any of BRYDENS' projects is familiar with every one of the finer details of the project.
Once again, BRYDENS' aim is to create a project atmosphere in which all members of the team, from Client down to the smallest sub-contractor, are supported by the Project Manager.
The only exception to this is for Tenant co-ordination for Retail space, where it is useful for the Project Manager to have an assistant to follow up on detailed work, hence maintaining sight of the overall objectives of the project.

MISSION STATEMENT

BRYDENS' philosophy is that a project can only be successful if all members of the team are successful, and it is widely accepted that a successful team generally requires to be a happy and harmonious one.
This is the philosophy which BRYDENS likes to engender in the projects which it manages.
Some of our competitors adopt a more controversial and confrontational approach which can lead to success in the short term, but generally does not engender loyalty within the members of the team, and in the long run, can be counter-productive.
